Former India skipper Virat Kohli and Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan were seen engaged in a fiery exchange after the dismissal of the India batter during the ongoing second Test match in Mirpur.
On Day 3, Mehidy Hasan relished the prized scalp of flamboyant India batter Virat Kohli while India were out to chase a 145-run target set by the Bangla Tigers. Kohli, who decided to play delicately since his arrival on the pitch, got one run off 21 deliveries before he was caught by Mominul Haque, who was standing forward short leg and brilliantly dived forward to take a low catch.
What followed was the batter getting agitated and stood firm on the pitch after the Bangla players began celebrating ecstatically. Adding to this, Virat stormed towards Shakib and the duo was seen momentarily arguing before the umpires intervened.
