Two Indian batsmen with 50-plus T20 innings but no ducks in their career
Irrespective of the format of the game, irrespective of a batsman’s stature, scoring a duck is not something that a willow wielder will be proud of. Walking back to the pavilion without troubling the scorers is definitely not a good feeling for any batsman.
But then, there are a select few cricketers who have not scored even a single duck in spite of featuring in more than 50 matches in the T20 format of the game. In this article, let us take a look at an exclusive list of 2 cricketers who have always managed to trouble the scorers every time they have walked out to the middle with a willow in hand.
2. Virat Singh
Virat Singh never ever recorded a duck in T20 cricket. The left-hander has played 62 innings in T20 cricket and has amassed 1813 runs at a very good average of 37.00. He also strikes the ball at a decent strike rate of 127.22. Virat has also scored 11 fifties and a century in the T20 format of the game. These are still early days in Virat Singh’s career, and he still has a long way to go in his cricketing journey. Currently, Virat Singh is a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) side in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League.
