India vs Pakistan is always a highly anticipated clash. In the opening fixture of T20 World Cup 2021, Pakistan broke India’s 12 match-winning streak against them in World Cups.
Post the defeat, Kohli and Dhoni were spotted interacting with the opposition’s players. The pictures of the former hugging Pakistan opener Mohammad Rizwan and mentor MS Dhoni chatting with other players started making rounds on social media wherein the on-lookers termed it as ‘Spirit of Cricket.’
Daryl Mitchell wins heart by his gesture
New Zealand needed 34 runs off the final three overs in the semi-final game. From this point, each run was extremely pivotal for the side. However, on the first delivery of the 18th over bowled by England spinner Adil Rashid, Jimmy Neesham was on the strike. That is when Mitchell denied taking a single as he felt he blocked the path of the bowler.

In the IPL 2021, Krunal displayed good sportsmanship in the game against Punjab Kings. He initially appealed to give Rahul a run-out but as the umpire was referring upstairs, he withdrew his appeal. It was a must-win game for MI and KL was naturally a big wicket and thus this went on to be a praiseworthy gesture.
Pakistan players going to Namibia’s dressing room
The Men in Green visited Namibia’s dressing room post their match in the T20 World Cup 2021. They congratulated the emerging team for the fight and approach they put forward. This would have been a big motivation for the Namibian cricketers.

After the match between the two sides at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, some of the Indian players visited Scotland’s dressing room. This too would have inspired Scotland’s players as they got an opportunity to interact with one of the bests in the sport.
