Sanath Jayasuriya’s name at the top of this list is surprising, to say the least. The former Sri Lankan batter was the country’s finest ever opener and amassed in excess of 13000 runs in ODI cricket. The southpaw was a terrifying proposition for any bowler as his naturally aggressive batting style threw the bowlers off their line and lengths. But was often the architect of his downfall as he went hard on the bowlers from the get-go resulting in his dismissals early in the innings on numerous occasions. He has the most ducks (34) in ODI cricket.
