They would fancy themselves picking up two more points against Bangladesh, who are at this moment injury-hit and will play away from their favoured combination.

Bangladesh have lost three consecutive matches in this round and are struggling. For them, from here on, it’s all about pride and spoiling campaigns of other teams. It would be quite remarkable if they qualify from here on and that seems unlikely. However, the math suggests that they still have a chance. South Africa: The Proteas captain Temba Bavuma batted himself down the order and got some results. However, whether his style of batting suits the side in the middle order or not is something that is up for debate. The rest of the XI should be the same as South Africa has shown a lot of promise of being a strong side. There are no injury concerns as well.

Bangladesh: Shakib Al Hasan is injured and has been ruled out of the tournament. This brings Shamim Hossain in contention as he is the most likely replacement. Soumya Sarkar will bat at no.3. Nurul Hasan will be unavailable for this match as with his niggle which kept him out of the last game as well. Liton Das will keep his place as a keeper in that case.
