T20 WC 2021: IND vs NAM Preview – Final chance for India to bow out with a win
As India prepare for their last game at the T20 World Cup 2021, there is a lot of bittersweet feeling around it. It will mark the end of the Virat Kohli-Ravi Shastri era. On this occasion, India will surely fancy themselves a win against Namibia as they exit from an ICC event, not having made it to the semi-finals for the first time since 2012.
On Sunday, New Zealand defeated Afghanistan which in turn knocked India out of the competition. Now, as they finish their campaign, a win could bring some smiles on the faces of the Indian fans, having seen their team perform well after the early hiccup. On the other hand, Namibia will also look to end their historic campaign with another honourable performance.

Date and time: November 8, 7:30 PM IST
Venue: Dubai International Cricket Stadium
Head to head:

Team News:
India: The Indian team has no injury concerns heading into this match. As there is no chance of qualification, they might think of playing some of the players who have been on the benches. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ishan Kishan and Rahul Chahar may be considered. But, don’t be surprised if India plays the same XI in order to give each player a right to have their glory finish.
Namibia: There are no such major injuries, even though the skipper Gerhard Erasmus is carrying a finger issue. Jan Frylinck had missed the last match because of dehydration but he should be available for this match. Karl Birkenstock might make way for him. The rest of the combination should be the same as it was against New Zealand.
