The 2023 T20 Blast ended with Somerset emerging as champions following their 14-run win against Essex in the summit clash. In the process, Somerset clinched their second title as they last won the championship in 2005. The recently concluded competition was quite enthralling as all the participating teams put up some exciting contests on display, resulting in multiple thrilling contests throughout the season.

3. Zak Chappell | 26 wickets | Derbyshire

Plying his trade for Derbyshire, Zak Chappell relished a tremendous campaign for his county side as he claimed 26 wickets in 14 appearances. The right-arm pacer also claimed one four-wicket haul, with his best bowling innings being 4/41. In addition to this, he proved to be quite costly with the ball as he maintained an average economy of 9.34 in his T20 Blast campaign.

2. Ben Green | 30 wickets | Somerset

Ben Green played a pivotal role in Somerset’s bowling attack in the 2023 campaign and made his way into the rankings, taking up the second spot. The pacer got the breakthroughs for his side on a consistent basis and claimed 30 wickets in 17 matches. Much like Chappell, Ben Green was expensive too as he leaked runs at an economy of 9.23.

The New Zealand pacer led Somerset’s bowling attack and claimed the most number of wickets in the 2023 campaign. With 31 scalps in just 14 matches, Matt Henry tops the charts in this elite list, having taken two four-wicket hauls at an impressive average economy of 7.85.
