The 2023 season of the T20 Blast concluded with Somerset emerging victorious against Essex by 14 runs. With as many as 133 matches played in the top-tier league, fans witnessed numerous thrilling matches filled with action and drama. 3. Wayne Madsen | 580 runs | Derbyshire
The Derbyshire batter was at his lethal best for the side as he collected a truckload of runs during the 2023 season. Madsen featured in 14 matches and collected 580 runs which included five fifties and one century at an average of 48.33. Madsen scored his season best of an unbeaten 109 runs.
2. Daniel Bell-Drummond | 600 runs | Kent
Daniel Bell-Drummond played a pivotal role in Kent’s campaign in the 2023 season. Though the side failed to push hard for the title, Bell-Drummond produced numerous praiseworthy knocks. The opener became the only second batter in the competition to get 600-plus runs. In 13 matches, Bell-Drummond got five fifties and a ton in his account donning the Kent outfit at an average of 60.00.
1. James Vince | 670 runs | Hampshire
James Vince relished yet another magnificent season in the T20 Blast for Hampshire. After being adjudged as the leading run-getter in the 2022 season with 678 runs, Vince was once again the highest run-scorer in the 2023 campaign. With 670 runs scored at an average of 60.90 in 16 matches, the swashbuckling right-hander ended as the top run-scorer in 16 matches. His campaign also includes seven half-centuries and one century. The batter chalked up his fifth T20 ton of his career as he got 103 runs against runners-up Essex.
