The word consistency is synonymous with the opener Faf du Plessis. The 38-year-old once again led by example, scoring 369 runs from 11 games at a strike rate of 147.60, and rescued Joburg from difficult situations in multiple number of matches. He smashed two half-centuries and a sensational century against Durban’s Super Giants in the tournament.
