SA vs PAK: South Africa announces ODI and T20I squad for the home series
South Africa is all set to take over Pakistan for the limited-overs series, which is all set to take place in their backyard. Both the ODI and T20I squads will be led by Temba Bavuma. In the latest turn of events, CSA has announced their squads for both ODI and T20I series, which is scheduled to run during April 2-16.
The ODI squad will have 22 players on the other hand, 17 players have been marked out for the T20I squad. Last time both the teams saw each other in Pakistan for the Test and T20I series. The series took place earlier this year and the home team managed to remain victorious in both formats. As per the terms of the agreement between CSA and BCCI, the Proteas players involved in the IPL would be released early from the same series.
