Rajasthan announce Sandeep Sharma as replacement for injured Prasidh Krishna

The 16th edition of the Indian Premier League is just a few days away and the excitement for the tournament is palpable all over India. With the T20 extravaganza set to get underway in four days, teams are finalizing their squads and filling the loopholes created by players’ injuries. Continuing with the same, Rajasthan Royals also announced Sandeep Sharma as a replacement for the injured seamer Prasidh Krishna on Monday, March 27.
Krishna was ruled out of the upcoming IPL season in February 2023 due to a lumbar stress fracture. The 27-year-old had a great season in 2022 as he picked 19 wickets at an average of 29. Krishna will be replaced by Sandeep Sharma who has experience of playing 104 IPL matches.
