Most World Cup runs scored by current Indian batsmen
The stage is set for Team India as they prepare for the world’s biggest cricketing event in England. Touted as one of the favourites, the Indian team has a combination of experienced campaigners and newcomers. In 2011, it was India that lifted the World Cup trophy after a long wait of 28 years. The 2015 edition was also a fairly successful tournament for the Men in Blue, as they fell just one step short of the coveted title.
