There are various leagues conducted around the world given that the entertainment factor is guaranteed and a lot of new talents have been unearthed from time to time. Chris Gayle – 2015

West Indian cricketer Chris Gayle is considered to be one of the giants of the T20 format, and he has played some breath-taking innings so far in his career. Babar Azam – 2021

Babar Azam had a terrific 2021. He broke Gayle’s record after scoring 1779 runs and captained his country into the semi-finals of T20 World Cup 2022 as well. He opens the batting and has been one of the most consistent batters in the format with a stunning average as well. No wonder he has been deemed one of the best batters in modern era.

Mohammad Rizwan – 2022

The Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan has been in splendid form in 2022 and he has already gone past the record for most runs in a calendar year in T20s. The right-hander has been part of various franchises across the globe in T20 tournaments apart from his international commitments and he was brilliant in the recently-concluded PSL 2022. He has already gone past 2000 runs, which is a record in a calendar year in T20s.
