This year, there have been some players who have shown brilliance in the T20 games, and have displayed consistent performances.

3. Jos Buttler- 1195

The current English white-ball skipper has been tremendous in his batting approach this year, especially during league and franchise-based games. The wicketkeeper-batter has amassed 1195 runs in T20 cricket so far this year. He scored a major chunk of these runs at the IPL 2022 while representing the Rajasthan Royals, where he finished as the highest run-scorer with a whopping 863 runs. He also played well in the initial stage of The Hundred before being ruled out due to injury.

2. Shan Masood- 1248

The Pakistani cricketer has played 117 T20 matches to date, scoring 2996 runs from 115 innings. Of the total runs, he managed to score 1248 runs this year and continues to be in good touch. He is currently a part of the National T20 Cup and is playing for Balochistan in the tournament. He is also among the leading run-scorers of his team at the event and has already scored two half-centuries.

1. Alex Hales- 1271

The most talked-about cricketer in recent times has been Alex Hales, as the batter earned himself a place back in the English international side after more than three years. He has played 329 T20 games throughout his career to date and has amassed a whopping 10104 runs. He is one of the most threatening players in the shorter-format games and has managed to score 1271 runs in the ongoing calendar year. He was last seen during The Hundred 2022 where he represented Trent Rockets and went on to lift the championship title.
