Several batters in the cricket arena have finished with the flourish with the bat for their team while batting at number seven or below. Here are three batters who have smashed the most sixes while coming to bat no. 7 or below.
3. Wasim Akram (89 sixes)
Pakistan veteran Wasim Akram comes third in the list after smashing 89 maximums while batting at seven or below. Known for his swing and accuracy, Akram bamboozled many batting line-ups with his bowling, but he was very handy with the bat as well. Akram made several good contributions with the bat as well. Akram amassed a total of 3717 runs in 356 ODI matches.
2. Abdul Razzaq (90 sixes)
Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq comes second on the list after smashing 90 sixes while batting at seven or below in the 50-over format. Razzaq was a regular member of the Men in Green and he enjoyed great success during the 2011 World Cup as Pakistan went on to reach the semi-finals of the tournament. Razzaq represented Pakistan in 265 ODI matches and scored 5080 runs at an average of almost 30. He also scalped a total of 269 wickets with three five-wicket hauls to his name.

The third batter on the list is also a Pakistani. Shahid Afridi after hitting 133 maximums while batting at number seven or below holds the record. To note, Afridi has also opened the innings for his country on many occasions and played several match-winning knocks. The right-handed batter played 398 ODI matches and scored 8067 runs with a career strike rate of 117.01 in the 50-over format. He also finished with 395 ODI wickets.
