Kohli, de Villiers, Stokes make it a memorable birthday for Ian Bell’s son Joseph
Former England cricketer Ian Bell retired from all professional cricket earlier this year at the end of the summer. Since then, he has been spending time with his family and made sure that he gave his son Joseph a memorable birthday gift. Joseph seems to be a huge fan of India skipper Virat Kohli, South African superman AB de Villiers, and England star all-rounder Ben Stokes.
The retired Englishman managed to get a birthday message from these three cricketers for his son on a special day for him. Bell himself recorded a video of Joseph reacting when the legendary players were wishing him on his eighth birthday. It is no surprise that the cricketer’s son is a fan of the likes of Kohli, De Villiers and Stokes as they have simply been heroes of their respective teams.
When cricket is life ?…. What a very lucky lucky boy Joseph is! Huge thanks to these absolute legends for making one incredibly happy little boy on his lockdown birthday ???. @imVkohli @ABdeVilliers17 @benstokes38 pic.twitter.com/15sV63DybS

Ian Bell’s career
Ian Bell scored 50 and 90 in his last two first-class innings earlier this year while playing for Warwickshire and these scores prove that he had a lot to contribute in the sport. But with no hopes of making a national comeback, he might have decided to hang his boots at the age of 38. Having last played for England across any format in November 2015, Ian Bell kept on piling runs in domestic circuit but he never got a chance after being dropped. As far as his cricket career is concerned, Bell played 312 FC, 318 List-A and 107 T20 matches and scored more than 34000 runs with a total of 71 centuries and a mammoth 202 fifties.
