Jimmy Neesham posts a hilarious comment on Mayank Agarwal’s post

New Zealand England

Mayank Agarwal will be desperate to regain his spot in the Test playing eleven. With Shubman Gill making an impressive start to his Test career, Agarwal has fallen down the pecking order. At present, Gill is partnering senior batsman Rohit Sharma at the top of the order in the longest format of the game. Agarwal was dropped as an opener during the tour of Australia.

He faced the axe after failing to deliver in the first two Tests where he registered scores of 17, 9, 0 and 5. Agarwal warmed the bench during the third Test before getting a place in the team for the fourth Test. However, he batted in the middle-order in that game and once again failed to get going, scoring 38 and 9. In the ongoing four-match Test series against England too, he has warmed the bench so far. With just one match remaining, he is unlikely to get a chance to open.

Jimmy Neesham trolls Mayank Agarwal:

With his eyes set on regaining his spot in the Test playing eleven, Mayank Agarwal has been working hard at the gym. And recently, he gave an update about the same to his followers. The right-handed batsman took to Instagram to post a picture from his workout session on the social media platform.

While the fans praised Agarwal for his hard work, his former Punjab Kings teammate and New Zealand star Jimmy Neesham decided to troll him. The Black Caps star is one of the most popular cricketers on the social media because of his humorous nature and he showed it once again on Agarwal’s post. Taking a hilarious dig at Agarwal’s facial expression in the photo, Neesham wrote: “Congratulations! Boy or girl?”

In no time, Neesham’s comment received more than 5,000 likes as the fans made it clear they absolutely loved it. Agarwal also noticed the tweet and was quick to reply to it, telling Neesham that the answer was on the Indian cricket team’s Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Nick Webby’s face, writing: “@jimmyneesham answer is on @nick.webby face”

Meanwhile, Neesham and Agarwal will not be playing the upcoming IPL together. While Agarwal will continue to play for Punjab Kings, Neesham will ply his trade for defending champions Mumbai Indians. The Punjab-based outfit had released Neesham earlier this year before Mumbai Indians bought him in the auction last month.
