A genuine power-hitter down the order, MS Dhoni has been known to slam towering sixes and with this, he has 200 maximums to his name for CSK. Dhoni has donned the yellow outfit a record 213 times thus far and has scaled the impressive record of getting 200 sixes which makes him fifth on this elite list. Of the 243 matches played in the IPL, Dhoni has 5052 runs with 24 fifties under his belt with an average of 39.47.
4. Virat Kohli
Arguably the best cricketer in the modern era, Virat Kohli is associated with numerous records throughout his career thus far. Playing for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL, Kohli has featured in 232 matches and got 6988 runs, lacing it with 49 fifties and five centuries in the top-tier league. The swashbuckling right-hander also possesses the ability to hit big sixes due to which he holds another record to his name as he has 218 maximums for the franchise.
3. Kieron Pollard
The former Mumbai Indians star all-rounder played brilliant knocks coming down the middle order. On numerous occasions, the tall Caribbean right-hander has won the game single-handedly for his side with his explosive innings. Courtesy of his hard-hitting prowess, Pollard has as many as 223 sixes to his name with MI. The all-rounder got 3412 in mere 189 matches at a decent strike rate of 147.32 and 16 fifties to his name.
2. AB de Villiers
The former RCB batter was known for his unorthodox shots, hitting the ball all over the park. Mr. 360, as fans affectionately call him, earned the reputation of being a big-hitter during his stint in the IPL. Donning the RCB outfit, de Villiers has the second most sixes scored for a single franchise as he got 238 maximums in his career for the franchise. During his 10-year stint with the franchise, de Villiers collected 4,491 runs with 37 fifties and two centuries.

An absolute legend in the shortest format, Chris Gayle took the rival teams by storm with his massive sixes. During his stint with RCB, the batter has one more maximum (239) than his former teammate AB de Villiers as he tops the charts in this elite list.
