IPL 2021: SRH vs RR, Stats Preview: Upcoming records and approaching milestones
We are in the business end of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 and the fight for the playoffs has become intense. The 40th match of the competition will see Sunrisers Hyderabad locking horns with Rajasthan Royals at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.
SRH have already been knocked out of the playoff race, they have nothing but pride to play for in their remaining fixtures. On the other hand, RR, who are holding the penultimate position, still have a good chance to finish among the final four. Head to Head record: RR and SRH can’t be separated at least by the head to head records. In 14 clashes, both teams have walked away with seven victories apiece.
51– David Warner needs 51 runs to become the first Australian to complete 5,500 runs in IPL.
9 – Manish Pandey is 9 runs away from completing 3,500 runs in IPL.
65 – Sanju Samson needs 65 runs to complete 3000 runs in IPL.
6 – Chris Morris needs six wickets to complete 100 wickets in IPL. He’ll become the first South African to get the landmark.
3 – Morris also needs four wickets to become the South African with most IPL wickets. Dale Steyn currently leads the chart with 97 wickets.
41 – David Miller needs 41 runs to complete 2000 runs in IPL. The southpaw will become the fifth South African after Quinton de Kock, JP Duminy, AB de Villiers and Faf du Plessis to get the landmark.
2– Shahbaz Nadeem needs just two wickets to complete 50 wickets in IPL.
2 – Siddarth Kaul needs two wickets to complete 50 wickets for SRH in IPL. He’ll become the third bowler to achieve the feat after Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Rashid Khan.
50– Sanju Samson needs 50 runs to become the second player after Ajinkya Rahane to complete 2,500 runs for RR.
