Team News:

Rajasthan Royals: Rajasthan lost their second game in a row, their third in this tournament. Royals’ batting has just not found a way to give them consistent performance. There is a lack of substantial performance. Samson’s 119 seems like a year ago as only David Miller has gone past 50 for Royals since then. Having said that, they are likely to retain this team. Shreyas Gopal, who replaced Jaydev Unadkat in the previous match, didn’t get his lines right like the other bowlers. Except for that one spot, the rest of the Royals team is likely to be the same.

Kolkata Knight Riders: Kolkata brought in Sunil Narine in place of Shakib Al Hasan in the previous match. There wasn’t too much to be said about the bowling of the West Indian, but he didn’t get a lot of runs. However, given the conditions, Narine has the ability to bowl an economical spell, which should be enough for KKR to stick with him. They also replaced Harbhajan Singh with Kamlesh Nagarkoti, who didn’t bowl badly in the previous match. So, Kolkata is likely to stick to their same XI.
