IPL 2021: PBKS vs SRH Preview – Two struggling sides fight to get back on the track
Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad are two teams which are in a disarray at this moment. Punjab seems to not have the proper balance to suit themselves for every condition, which is why shifting their base to Chennai might not be the best thing for them as of now. However, what works in their favour is the fact they will be taking on a side which has lost their straight three matches at the same venue, in similar situations and themselves have several selection worries.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have looked below par this season so far and that is reflected by their position in the league at this moment. David Warner and co. would be desperate to turn around their fortunes against Punjab. History favours Hyderabad quite a lot though as they have won 11 out of the 16 matches in this contest so far.

Team News:
Punjab Kings: Punjab Kings, three matches into the league, have several questions to answer. Where is the batting depth which they fixed in the auction? Who is their premier death bowler? Who bats at No.7? Where is the balance? Captain KL Rahul will quickly need to figure out a way to get a properly balanced line-up into play else the season will be derailed for Punjab before it even gets into the important phase. Ravi Bishnoi should replace Jalaj Saxena in the side considering the Chennai wicket. Riley Meredith might miss this match, which will allow the Punjab Kings to play Fabian Allen or Chris Jordan in the team. Jordan is a seriously good death bowler and can be handy in Chennai. Allen can be a dangerous lower-order batsman and a good spin-bowling option.
Sunrisers Hyderabad: David Warner, like KL Rahul, will have to change something quickly for the SRH team. They made four changes in the previous match, but that could not give them a win. They will stick to Mujeeb ur Rahman and Rashid Khan, while also sticking to the combination of Warner and Jonny Bairstow at the top. Kedar Jadhav should be added in place of Virat Singh to the side to get some experience in the middle order. T Natarajan who was rested in the previous match should also be back to take the spot away from Khaleel Ahmed.
