In a match between the Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals on September 27, Pooran displayed his acrobatic fielding skills by saving the ball at the boundary line. A video clip of his effort instantly went viral and was appreciated by fans and experts alike. Tendulkar took to Twitter immediately to compliment Pooran, saying it was the best save he had ever seen in his life.
Chennai Super Kings, despite their worst-ever IPL performance, became the most tweeted about team of the season. Whereas the season opener between Mumbai Indians and CSK was the most tweeted about match of IPL 2020.
