IPL 2020: Sachin Tendulkar’s game-changers from SRH vs RCB – Eliminator
Sunrisers Hyderabad cleared the first hurdle in their march towards the IPL 2020 final as they defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Eliminator by six wickets. Hyderabad’s immaculate bowling performance halted Bangalore for only 131/7 in their first innings. Virat Kohli and his men gave their full in defending the low total but the Orange Army prevailed and shall now face Delhi Capitals in the Qualifier 2. Sachin Tendulkar named his game-changers from this thrilling encounter.
Holder bowls an impressive opening spell
Virat Kohli surprised one and all as he strode out to open the innings for the first time in the season. Jason Holder bowled the second over for Hyderabad. Kohli was actively trying to cover the line of the ball and negate the swing generated by Holder which eventually saw him being trapped down the leg side. The West Indian all-rounder then dismissed Devdutt Padikkal, which was a very important wicket.
Spinners Rashid Khan and Shahbaz Nadeem bowled incredibly well in tandem. Tendulkar enjoyed their duel against AB de Villiers. De Villiers and Shivam Dube tried reviving RCB’s challenge. The legend also praised T Natarajan’s yorker which castled the South African. That alongside Holder’s opening spell was the game-changer according to Tendulkar.

Kane ‘calm’ Williamson
Hyderabad missed Wriddhiman Saha who was ruled out of this encounter because of an injury. Tendulkar thought David Warner was not batting as his usual self and in the end perished with a dubious decision. Kane Williamson, who struck an unbeaten 50 off 44 balls, stood like a rock according to the Master Blaster. Holder, influenced by Williamson’s calmness, played a wonderful supporting role. The match should not have gone to the final over considering the small total, thus, Tendulkar praised RCB’s bowling efforts. Williamson for his splendid knock was his game-changer in the second innings.
