However, in a format like T20, it is not easy to cross the 100-run mark. If a batsman plays in the middle order, it becomes a more difficult task to complete a century.

5. MS Dhoni – 6858
Former Indian captain MS Dhoni stands at the fifth spot in this list with 6858 runs from 299 T20 innings. He has scored these runs at an average of 38.74 and a strike rate of 134.89. Dhoni has smashed 27 fifties in the shortest format but is yet to hit a ton. He has played the majority of these matches for Chennai Super Kings and the Indian team.
4. Robin Uthappa- 6861
Robin Uthappa has batted at the top-order many times in his T20 career, but he has not yet registered a century in the format. He has scored 6861 runs in 265 innings at an average of 28.35 and a strike rate of 132.88. He has hit 38 fifties till now with a high score of 92.
3. Kumar Sangakkara – 6937
The former Sri Lanka great Kumar Sangakkara could not hit a century in T20 cricket despite playing over 250 games. He scored 6937 runs in 260 innings at an average of 29.27 and a strike rate of 126.42. This includes 43 half-centuries with a high score of 94.
2. Eoin Morgan – 7004
English captain Eoin Morgan completed his 7000 runs in the T20 format in this year’s IPL. However, he is yet to smash a ton, with 37 fifties to his name. His highest score has been 91 runs in the 319-match long career. The left-hander leads Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL.

Pakistan batsman Shoaib Malik is the only player to score 10000 runs in T20 cricket without a single century. He has aggregated 10488 runs in 389 innings at an average of 37.06 and a strike rate of 125.99. Malik has hit 64 fifties till now including a high score of 95*. He has been playing various T20 leagues across the world.
