Regarded as the greatest by many, Tendulkar took the world by storm with numerous impressive performances during his career. The India great hit the 25,000-run mark 577 innings and eventually amassed a total sensational tally of 34,437 runs in the international arena.
1. Virat Kohli | IND | 549 innings
Following the footsteps of his idol, Kohli surpassed Tendulkar’s historic feat of 25,000 runs, reaching to the mark in 549 innings. The flamboyant batter got to the elite list while playing against fierce rivals Australia in Delhi during the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023. Notably, the batter got 20 off 31 balls as India extended their lead 2-0 in the series.
