Delhi Cricketer Subodh Bhati hits an astounding double ton in a T20 game

Delhi cricketer Subodh Bhati created history on Sunday as he became the first batsman to score a double-hundred in a Twenty20 game. He scored 205* from 79 balls with 17 sixes.

Subodh Bhati hits an astounding double ton in a T20 game
The Delhi cricketer Subodh Bhati recently wreaked havoc by hitting a double century in a T20 game. As amazing as it sounds, he opened the batting for Delhi XI New against Simba and went on to achieve this rare feat. He hit an unbeaten 205 in just 79 balls which included a total of 17 sixes and as many boundaries.
In a club T20 tournament, the Ranji Cricketer Subodh Bhati alongside the other two batters posted the mammoth total of 256 on board. Out of this total, 205 runs were scored by Bhati alone whereas the other two added 31 runs together. He smacked the bowlers all around the park, playing at a strike rate of over 250.
T20- The frenetic format of the game

We have often seen these players garnering the audacity of the games with their power-packed performances. Having said that, the double century in any T20 game is an extremely humongous achievement. Subodh Bhati thus dropped many eye-balls exuding the belligerent display with the bat while playing for Delhi XI in the club tournament. Previously, he has also helped the Delhi side by chipping in with important runs in the domestic tournament.
