Cricketers express their gratitude on International Nurses Day
The whole world is united in fighting against the pandemic of Coronavirus. While we are ensuring our safety by being locked down in our homes, the medical industry is actively fighting this deadly war. Risking their lives to save others, doctors and nurses are working overtime to get rid of this pandemic. 12th May is celebrated as the International Nurses Day to honour the contribution of Florence Nightingale. Many Indian cricketers celebrated the occasion by expressing their gratitude on social media.
Sachin Tendulkar, who has been active in helping out the underprivileged section of the society, thanked nurses for being silent guardians who make an invaluable contribution to the health and safety of people.
