Birthday wishes pour in on 3 legends via Twitter
27th May is a special day for many cricket followers. As many as three cricket legends celebrate their birthday on this day. Player-turned-commentator-turned-coach Ravi Shastri is the most senior amongst the 27th May birthday boys. Former Australian batsman and current Chennai Super Kings coach Michael Hussey turns 45 whereas Mumbai Indians coach and former Sri Lankan batsman Mahela Jayawardene celebrates his 43rd birthday. Many cricketers and fans tweeted their wishes for the legends.

Making his Test debut at the age of 28, Michael Hussey left no stone unturned in securing his place amongst the Australian greats. For his exploits in all three formats of the game, Hussey was also nicknamed as ‘Mr. Cricket’ although the cricketer himself is not too fond of it.
