Bhuvneshwar Kumar (8)

In number two is yet another Indian pacer—Bhuvneshwar Kumar. With eight first-over maidens to his name, Bhuvneshwar continues to impress at the IPL, year in and year out. With 158 wickets in 152 games, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is one of the most integral players for Hyderabad and continues to make an impact with his performances.

Trent Boult (8)

One of the best bowlers in world cricket, Trent Boult sits at number one with eight first-over maidens. The 33-year-old has been at the top of his game with 99 wickets in 83 games. The finalists of the previous season would hope for consistent performances from Boult in their quest for the second IPL title in 2023.
