3. Sachin Tendulkar (91 innings)
Former Indian skipper and legendary batter Sachin Tendulkar comes third on the list after playing 90 consecutive innings without scoring a duck. Talking about Sachin’s numbers in the Test arena, the right-handed batter finished his career after playing a total of 200 matches and amassed 15,921 runs at an astonishing average of 53.79. He stroked 68 fifties and 51 centuries in the longest format of the game with his highest score being 248 runs.
2. Richie Richardson (96 innings)
West Indies legendary batter Sir Richie Richardson comes second on the list after not bagging a duck in 95 innings. The right-handed batter represented West Indies in 86 Test matches and scored a total of 5949 runs at a decent average of 44.39. He also stroked 16 centuries and 27 fifties with his highest being 194 runs. He also played 224 ODI matches for the Men in Maroon and scored 6248 runs at a good average of 33.
1. David Gower (119 innings)
Former England skipper David Gower comes first on the list after playing 118 innings without scoring a duck. Gower was a left-handed batter who was often criticized for his casual approach while batting. However, he gave a fitting reply to his critics as he smashed more than 8,000 runs at an excellent average of 44.25. Gower was known for his ability to play long innings as he scored a double hundred in the longest format of the game.
