The two-match T20I series between Bangladesh and Afghanistan is done and dusted and it ended all square at 1-1. He scored 60 off 44 balls with four fours and two sixes in the first match to help Bangladesh in posting 155/8 in 20 overs. His side won the game by 61 runs. Das’ average was 36.50 and strike-rate 135.18 in two matches.
3.Nasum Ahmed
Nasum Ahmed was Bangladesh’s highest wicket-taker in the series with four scalps. Overall, he took the third-most wickets in two T20Is. In the first match, he destroyed Afghanistan’s top-order as he took 4/10 in a four-over spell with an economy of just 2.50. He was awarded the Player of the Match for his brilliant performance. His average and economy rate was 9.75 and 5.08 respectively in two matches.
4.Fazalhaq Farooqi
Fazalhaq Farooqi took the joint-most wickets with Azmatullah Omarzai, which are five. He took 2/27 and 3/18 in the first and second games respectively. He had an average of 9.00 with the strike-rate being 9.6. Farooqi had an economy rate of 5.62 in two matches. He was adjudged with the Player of the Series award.
5.Azmatullah Omarzai
Azmatullah Omarzai also took five scalps in the series. He took 2/31 and 3/22 in the first and second T20Is respectively. He boasted an average of 10.60 and a strike rate of 9.6 during the two games. For his great spell, he was declared the Player of the Match in the final game.
