IPL 2021: Jos Buttler presents autographed wicketkeeping gloves to Anuj Rawat
Jos Buttler, being one of the most dangerous batters in the T20 format, didn’t have the greatest of outings to start with, in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League. Though he was getting starts for the Rajasthan Royals, he wasn’t able to convert them. However, in the game against the Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday, May 2, the England cricketer came into his own.
He smashed 124 runs off 64 balls after opening the batting for his team at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. His knock was laced with 11 fours and eight sixes and he played at a strike rate of 193.75. His knock helped RR come out trumps by a massive margin of 55 runs.

In the meantime, Buttler had a heartfelt gesture in store for young wicketkeeper-batsman Anuj Rawat. The veteran gave the Young Turk autographed wicketkeeping gloves.
RR also shared a couple of adorable pictures on their official Twitter handle. Rawat made his IPL debut in the same match, but he didn’t get a chance to bat after the Royals top and middle order made hay with the bat in hand.
