The former India cricketer has a plethora of experience under his sleeves. Previously Dravid groomed the younger talents at the NCA and the results of it were seen by the cricketing fraternity as the youngsters exuded their flair to climb greater heights. His efforts in building the budding cricketers are also evident by the fact that India currently possesses a strong bench strength.
Dravid had taken over the mantle in the year 2019 after having served as the head coach of the U-19 and India A teams. The same is expected from Laxman as he has been also associated with IPL franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad as their mentor. He was also the batting consultant for six years at the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).
