Pakistan announce all-format squads for England and West Indies tours
Pakistan cricketers are set to embark on a pretty busy schedule. The sixth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to be played from June 9 to June 24. Soon after, the national team is set to leave for the UK and then are also scheduled to tour West Indies. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the squad for both the tours on Friday as uncapped batsman Azam Khan has been included in the T20I squad.
On the England tour, Pakistan, led by Babar Azam, will be playing three ODIs and as many T20Is from July 8 to July 20. They will then face West Indies in the Caribbean land for five T20Is and two Tests from July 27. Apart from Azam Khan’s inclusion, the selectors have also called back their ace spinner Imad Wasim in the T20I side. The spin-bowling all-rounder has also returned to the ODI side.
