The West Indian outfit whitewashed Sri Lanka in the three-match ODI series at home. The hosts’ top order stepped up to destroy the visitors in all three matches. In a series where the wickets were good for batting, Jason Mohammed was the star performer with the ball. Darren Bravo oozed class, especially in the third ODI against Sri Lanka. The left-hander scored a masterly 102 in the third rubber to guide his side home in a challenging run chase. In the three-match series, Bravo scored 149 runs at an excellent average of 74.50. He occupies 4th place in the list.
3. Danush Gunathilaka
The only solace for Sri Lanka from the ODI series was the scintillating form of their opening batsman Danush Gunathilaka. The left-hander contributed in all the matches at the top of the order. Gunathilaka scored a total of 187 runs in the series, and he scored his runs at an average of 62.33. Sadly, his efforts went in vain as Sri Lanka could not even win a single match against the West Indies.

Shai Hope was awarded the ‘Player of the Series’ award in the ODI series between West Indies and Sri Lanka and rightfully so. The right-hander was in the form of his life against Sri Lanka and dominated the visitors’ bowling attack with sumptuous grace. Hope scored a gargantuan 258 runs in the three matches and scored his runs at an average of 86.00. He also scored a hundred and 2 fifties in the series against the visitors. And surely, Hope was the biggest factor behind his side’s thumping victory in the ODI series against the Sri Lankan side.
