“And then, we were three” – Virat Kohli announces big news ahead of IPL

Star batsman and captain of the Indian cricket team Virat Kohli is set to become a father for the first time. The cricketer on Thursday (August 27) announced the date of his offspring’s arrival along with wife Anushka Sharma.

Kohli took to his social media to share a picture of himself along with wife Anushka, who is seen sporting a baby bump. The baby is set to arrive next year in January, as per the skipper’s tweet. The couple tied the knot in Italy in December 2017.

Kohli is currently quarantining in the UAE ahead of IPL 2020 which is set to begin on September 19. The Royal Challengers Bangalore captain will be hoping to end RCB’s title drought to round off a special year.
