Sachin Tendulkar to be seen in action on the field once again
Legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar will come out of retirement to be seen in action on the field once again. Sachin will return to bat for 1 over during the Bushfire Cricket Bash match at the Junction Oval in Melbourne on January 9. He will face off against Australian women’s cricket team all-rounder Ellyse Perry after accepting her challenge.
In the role of a coach
Sachin is currently in Australia, where he will coach the Ponting XI for the game. Apart from Sachin, Yuvraj Singh will be another Indian who will be seen in action during the game. He will be a part of the Gilchrist XI and the encounter between the two sides will be of 10 overs each.
This was my favourite corner in the SCG dressing room.
Memories came flooding back today.

Will play one over against Perry
Ellyse Perry initially issued a challenge to Sachin in a video message on her Twitter account. Despite struggling with a shoulder injury, the Master Blaster was more than happy to accept the challenge.
Sounds great Ellyse. I would love to go out there & bat an over (much against the advice of my doctor due to my shoulder injury).
Hope we can generate enough money for this cause, & to get me out there in the middle. You can get involved & donate now on https://t.co/IObcYarxKr https://t.co/gl3IVirCBY
