ICC T20I Rankings: Kohli breaches top-10, Babar continues dominance on top
After a sensational home series against West Indies, Indian skipper Virat Kohli has entered the top-10 of the ICC T20I batsmen’s rankings. Kohli has made a jump of 5 spots to feature on the 10th position in the batting charts. Pakistan captain Babar Azam though continues his dominance at the top of the rankings followed by Australian skipper Aaron Finch. England’s Dawid Malan rounds up the top-3
KL Rahul is another big gainer in the charts, jumping up 3 positions to occupy the 6th position. Rohit Sharma is the third Indian in the top-10 of the rankings, sitting in the 9th spot. New Zealand’s Colin Munro, Australia’s Glenn Maxwell and West Indian Evin Lewis are the other batsmen who feature in the top-10.

In the bowling charts, Rashid Khan continues to occupy the top spot. He is followed by his compatriot Mujib ur Rahman and New Zealand’s Mitchell Santner to complete the spin domination on the top of the ranking charts. 8 spinners feature in the top-10 of the bowling rankings, pointing towards their effectiveness in the shortest format of the game. Andile Phelukwayo and Chris Jordan are the only two pacers who feature in the top-10.
In the all-rounders’ rankings, Mohammad Nabi features at the top. He is followed by Australian Glenn Maxwell and Zimbabwe’s Sean Williams to complete the top-3.
Pakistan remain the top-ranked side in the shortest format of the game. They are followed Australia and England to complete the top-3. India despite their series win against West Indies are ranked 5th in the rankings.
