England seam bowler David Willey has conceded the third-fewest runs with a minimum of 20 overs bowled in the IPL. Former Chennai Super Kings and current Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) bowler Willey has leaked 167 runs in the 21 overs. He is played just a handful of matches that is seven. The left-arm pacer has taken three wickets with an economy rate of 7.95 in his short IPL career.

2. Thilan Thushara (161)

Former Sri Lanka pacer Thilan Thushara has leaked the second-fewest runs with a minimum of 20 overs bowled. He played just six matches for Chennai Super Kings in the seasons 2009 and 2010. The left-arm seam bowler conceded 161 runs in the 22.3 overs and took eight wickets at an economy rate of just 7.15.

The right-arm seamer played just one year in the IPL as he was a part of the Deccan Chargers in their title-winning campaign in 2009.
